My love and thoughts are with the family. She was one special woman and so very strong. Don't know many that could work as hard as she and be as independent as she was. Bless this family in their time of sorrow.
Muriel Mitchell Anderson, 91, passed away quietly at her home in Stem Sunday, July 26, 2015. She was originally a native of Beaverton, Michigan and moved with her husband Dale Anderson to Durham, NC in 1976 along with their daughter and granddaughter. Mrs. Anderson was employed by DeHaven’s North American Van Lines, until her retirement in 2001.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Carolina Memorial Gardens in Creedmoor.
Mrs. Anderson is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Muriel and Alan Armstrong, granddaughter and grand-son-in-law, Lisa and Barry Smith, two nieces that live in North Carolina, Maryann and Lewis Dull of Butner, NC and their family and Ronna Hosford of Stem, NC and her family and many more nieces and nephews and extended family.
